# Where can I see the point balance of a customer?


### See the point balance for a single customers

1. In the Shopify admin go to "Customers"
2. On the Customers page search for the customer

3. Click the name of the customer, their point balance is visible in the "Loyalty Program Points" metafield

### See the point balance of all the customers

1. In the Shopify admin go to "Customers"
2. Select all the customers

3. Click "Bulk edit" on the top right
4. In the bulk editor click "Columns" on the top right and select the "Loyalty program points" metafield. The point balance will be visible in this column
