How to integrate Love Loyalty with Shopify POS?

Overview


This guide walks you through connecting your loyalty program with Shopify POS, allowing you to grant rewards to customers making purchases in your online as well as physical store. Shopify POS lets you reward customers when they shop in your physical store. Customers can earn and use their rewards both in-store and on your online store, all in one loyalty program.


Note: This feature is available for customers on the Professional plan and higher.


Steps to set up POS integration with the Love Loyalty


Follow the below steps to understand how merchants apply for loyalty rewards and paid membership through POS for their customers.


  1. Open the Shopify POS App and click on Add Tile as shown in the below image:

  1. From the menu click on App:

  1. Click the Love Loyalty Program from the available options:

  1. Add the required POS UI extension from the available 2 options:

  1. After saving your changes, both tiles will appear on your POS screen, as shown in the image below. This tile allows merchants to assist customers with redeeming their rewards and adding paid memberships on their online and physical stores.

  1. Add a customer to the cart: Click the cart icon, select Add customer, and search for the customer you want to attach to the cart.

  1. After adding a customer you can now see the paid membership status and the rewards available for that customer.

  1. You can click the Love Loyalty points tile to redeem the rewards for your customers:
