# Award loyalty points after Judge.me reviews


## Overview

Love Loyalty is a next-generation loyalty platform designed to help you create high-converting, memorable loyalty programs. It offers points-based rewards, VIP tiers, paid memberships and referral campaigns.

This guide shows you how you can award loyalty points after [Judge.me](http://Judge.me) reviews to collect more reviews.

## What the integration does and how it helps

* Automatically awards loyalty points after a review is created  
* Customize the number of points awarded per review  
* Award more points for photo/video reviews

## How to set up the integration

1. **Create a “Leave a review” earning rule**

   On the “Loyalty program” page click the “Add way to earn” button and select “Leave a review from the list

2. **Set the title and number of points for the earning rule**

   Set the title for the earning rule that will be visible for the customer and add the number of points the customer should receive if they leave a review.

3. **Connect to [Judge.me](http://Judge.me)

   At the bottom right on the same page make sure "Judge.me" is selected and click "Connect". Clicking “Connect” will open the [Judge.me](http://Judge.me) authorization window where you can grant access to Love Loyalty to read your reviews

4. **Save the changes**

   Save the changes by clicking the “Save” button at the top. After saving you should see a green “Connected” banner at the bottom right showing the integration is active


5. **(Optional) Award more points after photo/video reviews**

   After creating your default “Leave a review” earning rule you can create a second one to award extra points for photo/video reviews.

   For this second earning rule make sure you check in the Photo/video checkboxes in the “Only award points if the review includes:” section. This will make sure these extra points will only be awarded for photo/video reviews
